Have you ever stopped reading a book to look up the meaning of a word? It’s not so bad once or twice, but it can get bothersome if you’re constantly having to go to a dictionary. That’s the danger of relying too heavily on a thesaurus during the writing process. It is a useful tool for an author looking for the right word, but can lead to trouble. Ley and Leigh talk in this episode how to use a thesaurus correctly to enhance your writing.
